As a
District Manager for ABL, travel will be expected. You will
be expected to be the leader of your District and Opening
Teams when you open new accounts. Our District Managers are
on the road approximately 75% of the time. Working and
entertaining clients is a small part of the total job
description. Training of staff and unit managers is the
largest part of the job responsibilities. Our District
Managers are the front line for training and coordinating unit
operations. This is a very hands-on position. We are seeking
self motivated people with multi-unit backgrounds and would
give extra consideration to those who have institutional
feeding experience.
Responsibilities:

Supervise several accounts in a region.

Hire,
train and support local management team.

Maintain high client relations.

Meet
financial goals.

Ensure
the highest quality of service to our clients.

Work
closely with Director of Operations in planning and opening
new accounts.

Willingness to learn and creativeness to achieve all goals
set forth.

Must
be willing to relocate to the assigned area.

Handle
all reporting of paperwork to the corporate office.
